ABOUT

With more than 25 years of experience, the founders of Genco Healthcare Management have dedicated their lives to understanding how the healthcare industry functions within the stringent regulatory environment.  Well-versed in the inner-workings of regulatory compliance and coding, while attuned to the clinician's daily experience, David and Anne bridge the gap between clinician and consultant—ensuring a highly individualized, and highly skilled, approach towards achieving and maintaining a culture of compliance.

David began his career as an entrepreneur, building and managing a variety of successful ventures in the healthcare industry.  He also held senior management positions in two publicly traded health care companies.  As president of a NYS trade association he was directly involved in the formulation of regulatory policy and lobbied extensively on the city, state and Federal levels.  David leads Genco’s healthcare consulting engagements, including Regulatory Compliance, Audit Support and Business Process Improvement.

 

David has a degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and studied marketing and management at The Wharton School. 

Anne leads Genco’s Medical Billing and Collections engagements.  She held senior management positions in a variety of health care ventures and had responsibility for the billing and collections departments of two publicly traded healthcare companies, processing thousands of claims each week, overseeing staff in multiple locations.  She is an expert at helping clinicians understand the critical role they play in turning medical transactions into cash.  Anne has an infectious, “never take no for an answer” philosophy which she infuses into medical billing staff and supervisors.
